Very nice atmosphere. Both Hindt and Nissy are awesome and do an amazing job with my nails. Very clean, very professional and relaxing atmosphere.

Hey I just wanted to leave a review about my experience with two staff members here. I think that Jet has a great personality however I posted about his work on my social media to which to my surprise multiple people also stated that when they went to him the quality of work was also poor. There is no reason why gel polish should chip on 2 nails within 3 days and then 3 additional nails peel following my appointment to get them fixed. This is the case on every visit with him, I like how yall are so open to fixing work but who wants to make continuous trips to a crowded nail salon to get something fixed that should have lasted 2 weeks. Any other tech my nails last atleast month (even though they grow out there are no chips, this has even been the case with people who work at this shop). I would just encourage him to work on his technique please. I also want to add that I got an acrylic overlay from him..went to another shop and they told me the acrylic was not even completely covering some of my nails..how is that possible? But she showed me and indeed it wasn't there...now that is impressive, I don't think any other tech could pull off completely missing areas of a nail lol. Next, Niecey, great work but I would encourage her to be more friendly. She had her headphones in during my entire appointment and seemed bothered when I tried to make conversation. She is loud, she orders food which crowds the area while working on customers...its very unprofessional. She seemed annoyed when I asked her questions, not everyone is a nail expert. over all she just always looks mean and unapproachable despite me having interacted with her several times..however When I see her with her regulars she is cheerful, funny, and so much personality. So do you just not like walk ins. I mean how did you get regulars? or are you only nice to middle age women who you know have money lol. Anyways I like the owner, my experience with her was nice. great work and great personality, however I cant see myself going back at the risk of having to be serviced by the other two. I cant always make appointments to ensure I'm serviced by the owner, due to my crazy work schedule so I literally come in when I have a free moment in my day, and it is suppose to be a great experience. sad that hasn't been the case lately. This isn't a smear campaign just helpful "advice?" Thanks

Only nail shop I will go to in virginia. ALL the girls are AMAZING! They treat everyone like family. Everything in the shop is so clean, I got a full set and pedi. I was very impressed! I’ll be coming back every time.

Finally found a nail shop. I'm obsessed with my nails. Very talented ladies, love the decor, and great quality work. Already booked my next appointment.
