This place was awful. I had the worst pedicure of my life. I gave them 2 stars instead of one because the girl that did my nails was very nice but poor thing needs better training or else a new line of work.
First of all the receptionist asked me to pay before I had my service done which was weird but I said okay. Then she asked me if I wanted to leave a gratuity, weird since the service hadn't been performed yet. I don't tip my server before I even order my food! Then the receptionist vacuumed the entire time while I was getting my "relaxing" pedicure. Extremely hard to relax with the sound of a vacuum the entire time, especially since I'm a stay at home mom and I'm trying to escape the sound of housework! My appointment was for 2:30 and from the moment I walked in it seemed like the receptionist was trying to hurry and close up shop (hence me having to pay early and cleaning around me the entire time) it was very bizarre and something that should be done after the paying customers leave.
The pedicure left my feet cut up. My big toe had a bunch of cuts that hurt when I walked. Not only that but my feet were still super dry and calloused. It was like I hadn't even gotten a pedicure except for pretty toes. I can do a better job at home and I wish I would have.
It was a very disappointing experience. It was my one "spa" treatment for my trip to Scottsdale and it was awful. I thought since this place was upscale and expensive I would get wonderful treatment but I get WAY better pedicure and service at the Asian nail salons and wish I had gone there.

Said they were all booked up for the entire day when there was one customer in the spa. Didn't try to schedule me another day or anything, just waited for me to leave. Really odd.

Suzie and staff are AMAZING! Everyone always asks where I get my nails done. I always point them to 20 Lounge, Seville. Super friendly, clean, and lively environment. I feel so pampered every 2 weeks

My fingernails never, and I repeat NEVER, hold a manicure. Even gels! I have been to many other salons, big names even, and their gel manicures didn't last longer than an hour on me (and that's being nice). So I was pretty nervous about booking the appointment, thinking I'd have a relaxing manicure that would start to chip the second I left the chair.
I FINALLY went in and saw Tessa, and I loved it! I got an OPI gel manicure, and it's amazing! It's been 4 days and every single nail is still perfectly polished and fabulous. The options are endless, the nail girls are fun, and the ambiance is so chic and relaxing! 20 Lounge is a great place for a mommy to escape, I can't wait to go back!

Love this place and wish I would have found it sooner! The staff here is great. I look forward to every-other Sunday because I go in, relax, and have a good time chatting with the nail techs. It is very clean, bright, and a very welcoming environment. I would highly recommend Amanda and Ashley for gel manis and regular pedis.
