The team here is top notch and couldn't be friendlier. The front desk concierges are always attentive and helpful across the board and you never leave dissatisfied. This is especially true when Holly is working, she has the most welcoming attitude and happy smile. Makes you want to come back again and again to chat and make your day. She is the best part of the trip. Prices are super fair for the work they put in.

My experience here could not be more different from the comments below. I've had excellent manicures from every technician I've had, although I tend to stick with 1-2 people who know me well. Appointments are hard to get at the last minute, but are generally pretty available within a few days ahead of time, even for weekends. They have very long hours and are open every day, so they can accommodate most schedules pretty well. In contrast to a pricey nail salon in Cambridge as well as other nail salons in the area, I've never suffered a cut here. Performance polish manicures last like gels. My cuticles look well cared for. It isn't warm and fuzzy -- not the full spa experience -- but for good manicures with absolute cleanliness, I'll take these guys over anyone else.

I got the gel manicure ($47) plus 20% tip - (started chipping at day 8: they only fix up to day 7: but advertised that it would last 3 weeks)
the girl that did my nails was rushing, no one offered me a beverage- very unhappy - won’t be going back.
