I just recently started going back after an extended absence because I felt the treatment I was getting was less than stellar. I would make appointments only to be rushed and made to feel as if I was an inconvience. Tonight I had an appointment for gel polish and showed up early and asked for a pedicure along with my gel polish. Now I understand being busy but to tell me to schedule another day only to have another customer walk in with no appointment and get right in was kind of angering. The lady who did my nails was very sweet but it was clear she had no idea how to do the design I asked for. Not only are my nails very rough to the touch but they weren't 100 percent dry either. I didn't notice until I got home that parts of my nails didn't even have polish on them. It's frustrating to spend money on service like this. I won't be returning, which is sad because they actually have some great nail techs in there but I can spend my money else where and get better treatment.

I went to Andy tonight. He did a great job on my nails! I love them! I will definitely be going back.

This will be a bit lengthy.
I went in to take my sister in law to get her nails done for her wedding. I was in the wedding but didn’t want to spend a lot of money on myself and only needed the paint to last one day. When I went in it was extremely difficult to figure out the options for nails and pricing. Finally I got it through that I only wanted my nails done with acrylic paint. I had them do a full manicure and gel paint for the bride. They lectured me on how mine wouldn’t last long and told me I needed a manicure because my cuticles were “very bad”. Then the man that did my nails acted incredibly perturbed and made me feel like an inconvenience and waste of his time; he demanded that I pay him before he started and made me feel as though he thought I wasn’t good for it. Even though I brought them business through bringing the bride and another bridesmaid who both got the full manicure and gel nails. I paid for both mine and the bride’s nails before he started on mine and also gave him a $5 tip hoping he would be inspired to do a good job (which was a 50% for him because the bride also tipped the lady that did her nails). The paint was a bit sloppy and he acted annoyed at me the entire time. Very rude. Some of the worst service I have ever received. If you are going to be upset with your client for choosing an option you provide, don’t provide that service. It was a very negative experience on my part.
That being said, this is more a review of the employee that served me. The bride’s nails came out well, and overall I would give the place at least three stars. Just go with one of the ladies if you want to be treated like an actual human.

I've came to this nail salon for years and continue to do so even after having moved away. I love that staff remembers you and greets you by name and always take their time. Good quality work. Beautiful nails every time.

I just had Andy do my nails and I love them! I’ve never done them in the almond shape, so I was skeptical about it, but they turned out so good and I’m so glad I decided to go that way. Thank you so much dynamic nails and spa for always doing a great job!
