I’ve been going to Kristin for nearly two years. After moving to Florida I had been to five hairdressers and all with bad color or cut. I walked into Simply Laura’s nearly in tears after the last bad experience and explained my issues to Kristin. She listened to me, explained everything she would do, and I booked my appointment. From the first appointment I was incredibly happy. In all honesty, Kristin is the best hairdresser I’ve ever had and I won’t go to anyone else. She listens to her clients’ wants and needs, she’s funny and kind, and she’s become a friend. Highly recommended!!

I went in with 30 inches of hair in length. The hair dresser asked me what I wanted and how much I wanted to cut off. I told her I wanted long layers and about 6-8 inches off my hair cut off in the process. She decides to cut 6 inches off, prior to putting in the layers to save time from straightening unnecessary hair. I don't know if she forgot she did that part, but she ended up cutting off more than half my hair. 💔 my hair length before the cut was below my belt line, now the longest layer ("the guide") sits right between my shoulder blades. 😭 Honestly, I cried in the car. She was such a nice woman, I am just really dissapointed
with the results.

I have been coming to Kristin for 5 years and have never been disappointed. She listens to what I’d like done, gently offers suggestions, and helps me choose the most complimentary style. She’s professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. She’s the best!!
