The guy was very nice but he did not understand what I was asking when I asked him to paint my whole nail (he was missing the cuticle area). He just kept nodding and saying “i know.” I will post a picture so you can see what I mean... i just got my nails painted less than 12 hours ago and it looks like they are a week old. He seemed like he was rushing and for no reason bc no one was in there... he put lotion on my hands at the end and literally was throwing my arm around and massaged my hand for less than a second no exaggeration. I tried to give them a chance but I just don’t see that they tried or even care.

My experience was HORRIBLE to say the least! The lady who works here is VERY unprofessional, the products they use are extremely low quality and very dirty. My acrylic had a ton of debris in it and the lady tried to cover it with nail polish rather than redo the acrylic properly. Then the gel bubbled and the edges of the nails lifted with in a few minutes. I have pictures! I wound up having to get a refund and the lady cut my nails off leaving them jagged, extremely short and still full of debris. This is VERY unacceptable and unprofessional!! I will be writing the state and department of cosmetology over this experience. They have no business being in business

I've never entered a nail salon that does not acknowledge potential customers. As I went into the establishment, there was no greeting and no one asked how they could be of service. I stood in the front for a few minutes hoping that it was just a fluke. Any tech I made eye contact with would immediately look down. The place wasn't busy at all. No one was waiting. I guess no one wanted new business? Once I started walking out, I heard someone in the back yelling "helloooo....hello....!" trying to stop me. Too little too late. There was one unhappy customer who still had to pay $20 for crappy service. I walked out. Based on the reviews, I think it was for the best! Looks like i dodged a bullet!

Worst salon ever!!! I don’t know how they still open. They have the worst customer service ever they just don’t treat you right let’s just I never felt welcome. I gave this salon two chances and both times it was a failure SMFH. And both times I walked out on them. This salon is simply a HELL TO THE NO!!!!
Don’t waste your time to go there, I’m just saying!!!!

Horrible experience, the lady didn’t wear gloves was coughing over my feet and her nails were dirty, horrible massage during pedicure and snatched my arm chair up when I told her I was not going to be getting a manicure anymore. Didn’t even offer to let me sit under the dryer or show me where it was. I will NEVER go again!! Lucky I even paid.
