Took my best friend there for her birthday to get gel manicure and basic pedicures done... they were super rude and cut into multiple fingers and left them bleeding, and even cut into the corner of one of my nails leaving it super sore. I had to ask for a nail to be redone because it wasn’t completely coated and she was rude about it... when all reality I should have asked for a coat on all of my fingers because it was done very poorly. I was being nice for just asking for the one. Hoping I don’t wake up with a nail infection after going there! I won’t be going back. People should take pride in their work, and they clearly don’t. They were just in a rush and didn’t even care how they looked!

When presenting to give my money, it shouldn't be that difficult to say hello or welcome. I would come here on my lunch for fills or color but why give my money to people who don't even have the courtesy of acknowledging me? The time before last it took her 1.5 hours to complete a fill that should have taken 45 minutes of my lunch hour. Will not return after multiple bad experiences

Terrible service!! I asked for a polish change on my toes and a balance. I had gel polish on my toes that should have been soaked off instead he used a nail thing to take off my polish and made my toe nails very thin and crack I’m just now getting them back to normal smh and he did a terrible job on my nails as well I won’t ever go back to this place. They just need to close down the entire shop. And for the price I paid for it all which was almost $200 is ridiculous for crappy service. And when I told him I didn’t like something he seemed to get mad and try to fix it only making it worse

Had gel polish done on nails Saturday and by Monday one nail broke and the other chipped. Went in to complain and was told we are.not responsible when your hard on your nails. I have had gel polish on for 3 weeks with new growth before they started breaking, chipping and lifting. Used to like this place but when your treated like a dollar with poor quality of work, it is not the place for me! Will NEVER EVER go here again. Work too hard for my money to he treated this way especially with poor quality work. May have been the person which her name is Dori or something like that but dont even want to go back and try anyone else!
