Sorry if this is a little long but this shop is fantastic. MY cell phone went dead and I had insurance on it, but with a deductible. I went thru 3 days of phone calls and run around with them trying to get them to replace the battery and see if that fixed the issue (this would be free under my plan). No all they would do was send me a refurbished replacement phone, after I paid the $200 deductible and sent them my broken phone. They could not say what kind of phone it would be. I like my old phone and did not want to change it, but I was stuck unless I wanted to fork out $800-$1200 for a new phone. I found Love 2 Fix on line and went into the shop.
Immediately upon talking to Chris I felt better and knew I had found a better solution and felt much better. Everyone in the shop was professional and very helpful. Chris was super knowledgeable not only about phones and electronics but also about the insurance companies for these cell phone carriers. Once my phone was fixed (for less than my deductible) my cell phone carrier started having trouble activating it back onto my account. I went back into Love 2 Fix and Eric helped me call into the cell company, get a real person on the phone, provided me with all the crazy numbers off my phone that the cell phone guy kept asking for. The process took a long time and Eric stayed at least a half hour after he was supposed to get off just to make sure I could get the phone activated properly.
So just to summarize, the employees and work done by everyone at Love 2 Fix was awesome and greatly appreciated by me. After years of paying into an insurance plan, all they would do was charge me a deductible just to send me a refurbished phone. In the future rather than pay $20-$40 a month for phone insurance I will just put away a few dollars when I can and if I have an issue I will just take it in to Love 2 Fix.

The owner of Love 2 Fix is amazing. I had my phone fixed at another phone repair shop in Arden Mall called Custom cases and the phone screen they replaced my phone with was defective. The screen completely turned black within two and half weeks later. When I went back into the Arden store they said that I would have to pay for a another replacement. Although it clearly states on their vendor policy as well and the store policy that there is a warranty but Custom Cases defense was that it isn't covered because it has physical damage.( mind you my phone had no physical damage they just claimed that it was). Warranty does not cover the phone screen if there is physical damage. I went home and called other repair shops and Love2fix was the most helpful. The owner Chris went out of his way to diagnose my phone as well as guiding me for facts to take back to the Arden store. He diagnosed my phone with no physical damage and I was able to take it back and have it replaced with a higher quality screen for free. Chris had no obligation to help me but he did anyway. Not only did he diagnose my phone but he also wrote a statement of fact to take back to the other store to have my phone fixed under warranty for free. He was kind and helpful and I am extremely grateful.

These guys are the best! I was so impressed by the price, quality and great customer service in this place! My kiddos always take my phone therefore repairing cracked screen is nothing new to me. This time I went in because my daughter dropped my phone and it was not displaying anything, plus the screen was cracked. I went to few other places before where I was charge unreasonable amount of money for repair and for a cheap plastic screen protector, I hated it ! Here my great experience started when I called there. The owner/manager was so helpful, he gave me a quote that was very reasonable and said it could be fixed in 30 min. When I got there everyone was so chill and nice. You can tell they have pros working there )) they fixed my phone in no time. I walked out with brand new looking phone. I was very happy and would recommend them to everyone! Good job guy! Keep up the good work !

The charging port in my BlackBerry broke. It took about 8 days to repair due to shipping time on the new part. More frequent status updates would be appreciated. At one point, a message was left on my voicemail about status and that did no good - obviously. Otherwise, I am very happy with the service and price and glad to have my phone back! Thank you.

Company is prohibited from accepting payments on eBay for engaging in numerous fraudulent transactions. Went outside of eBay. Ordered screen protectors. Never received after two weeks. Company said they shipped them. No tracking number provided. Company refuses to accept responsibility. Should have listened to the eBay reviews. Stay far away.
