I drove all the way to this store and they were closed 20 minutes before and when i called it went straight to a cell phone voicemail. I will NOT being business to them again smh

Very bad attitude and super poor customer service from the korean lady who seems to be the owner, i tried to check about hair extension from her store and since it was my first time i ask some question and she got mad and had very rude attitude contrary from the other store who sells wigs and hair extension those people are so nice and sweet, i suggest check out the other store than this one.. (Burlington, Anchorage)

This store opens when they want to work!! I've been here so many times and no one can be found!!!! I guess something else I have to order online.....
