JUST SO BAD SERVICE! I’M REALLY ANGRY NOW!
Do you know what’s the feeling when you put your finger into pure alcohol for more than 20min? That’s HURT! If you don’t know it and want have a try, just go to Fashion Nail Spa!
Me and my girlfriend waited for 15min before a guy bring us to a seat. The original nail polish need to be removed first, so that guy put the cotton with alcohol on my girlfriend’s fingers and wrapped by aluminum foil. And then, he just GO AWAY to serve another guest, and LEAVE US there for 25min!
I’m not usually write a review but I just really want to write the review for this time, and I’ll never ever come here again!

I have been coming here for a very long time and until now I realized how bad this place is. Yes they do nice nails but the manager is awful she is rude to her customers and the workers as well. Never coming here again.

Everytime I come in to this business I am treated unfairly. This is a nail spa and they advertise that they do nail design. I have came on three occasion and ask for this to be done to my nails and I am told the lady is not here or she is out of town. When I come in for service their no how are you or a greeting just what you need is said. I have witness the lady that sits at the front be rude to African Americans and I have never seen her do African American nails. She talks in her language and laughs as I ask questions and while I am talking it is rude I have never felt uncomfortable in a business. I come back to take notes and she will take African American money but treat us very rude and tell us she doesn't do services she is advertising. She is disrespectful and someone should be put on this case right away and take a look for there selfs.

So bad experience... The gel cover my cuticle and my fails result were super curled by the side. So rude personal. Not a good service there's others better places you can go.

Spent $62 and gel nail lifted next day. Plus gel is over my cuticles. Going back for nail fix and never going back
