I will never go there again, horrible experience and I left with nothing done. I waited an hour w my 11 yr old niece for a pedicure on a Wednesday. Not too busy just a total idiot managing. We finally got seated, after waiting patiently, this moron running the front comes rushing to my chair, doesn't put a towel under my feet, rushing and pulling my feet to take off the polish, then put a dish towel across my legs???, and without asking adjusts my seat so I was scrunched up like an accordion. Wondering what the hell was going on I asked the lady next to me how to move the seat back so I could breath. Then the same moron left me sitting there while she ran back to her desk. I took the dish towel off my lap and flung it in the seat in total disgust only to then have what looked like a 10 year old working in the salon come over and SNATCH up the towel with a nasty inappropriate attitude. She continually and violently swatted it around like I did something wrong - this went on for about 10 minutes in front of all the customers - she made a total fool out of herself. Then she came back over to where I was standing, picked up the bottle of polish next to me and slammed it down. I started to record her until one of the other workers told her to stop in Chinese . She looked like a minor and has no business working there - manager didn't say a word while she was behaving this way in the middle of the salon. If my nieces pedicure wasn't already halfway done I would have left instantly. Then this 10 year old came again now toward my niece so I told her to get away from her. All the nail technicians had their heads down in embarrassment but no one said a word. It's the first time I didn't see James there. Never had such a humiliating experience in any nail salon ever.

Walked in for an appointment. Older women started my pedicure, told her I want a round shape, she did a square. I let that one slide. Then the manicure, I dont even know what to say. She cut me many times cutting my cuticles, my nails were uneven. then the gel was stuck to my skin underneath the nails and all over my cuticles. I was so mad, I just paid and left. 2 days later, my the gel was peeling because the gel was stuck to my skin and not my nails. I went back there to see if they would fix it, he told me gel will last longer but all gel is not good. he did fix the shape of my nails. a week later all the gel peeled off my nails. First time in this store and also my last time.

I think the new building is beautiful. I like everything about the salon.

Horrible !!!
My family went in there to have a nice nail day with their mom . A 5 an 7 year old manicure was only 5$ less . The staff was very rude with the children . My youngest is special needs and the staff was very ignorant .
We will never go back !!!! Do not recommend .
Looks nice on the outside but not inside !!!
