Now I remember why I vowed not to keep getting my acrylics done here...the nail technicians don't listen or honor my requests...my very reasonable requests. The only reason I let Pamela do my fill is because it was my off day and I did not want to go to the nail salon I had recently been frequenting that is near my job. Nail Perfection is very close to my home. Boy, do I regret it. I asked for a thicker layer of acrylic- my other place does it that way automatically and it's more aesthetically pleasing so I did not feel like my request was unreasonable. Pamela goes into all this talking about why she doesn't do it like that and what's better and looks more natural. I was beyond annoyed, especially when she had just informed me that it would be another $5 for her having to take off my no-chip since I was going with regular polish and I gave her NO...and I mean NO PUSHBACK. I hate how my nails look. Even more, I could do nothing but let her finish because what was the alternative with a newly started fill?? I just will absolutely not be back there. Not even for the eyebrow wax or paraffin pedicure that I actually was always pleased with. Ugh!

I really like this nail salon and is by far the best one in the area. They have a large variety for colors and no-chip mani colors. They are clean, well decorated, and the ambiance is nice. I never feel unwelcome or rushed when I'm here. And they put their no-chip mani bakers inside the stations to save space! The prices may be about $5 or so higher but it's defiinitely worth it. See Tina, she does a great job and takes her time!
