This shop is fantastic. I know that I am not their typical customer, but I was made to feel so comfortable and welcome during my visit. My nails are beautiful and the service was great. Some places in the area have turned me away, but Star treated me with nothing but respect. I wish I could give 10 stars

I must start by saying they do great nails however they definitely lack in the customer service department. There is one really nasty individual who caught an attitude simply after I asked how long the wait would be. I set a follow up appointment and was turned away at 2 30 pm because there was no time to complete both my hands and feet but they close at 7 pm. Its safe to say I'll never return
