I didn't have an appointment but they still had me seated very quickly (even though they only had two staff members and multiple customers already there). I thought maybe the quality would be affected by their speed, but it wasn't at all! Love my finger nails and toe nails! Would definitely recommend this nail salon!!

My and Andy are the owners of this salon and they are without a doubt THE BEST. They work very hard to provide the very best service and the quality of the mani/pedi is the best you will find anywhere. My and Andy have over 20 years experience and everything you ask them to do is top notch. My manicures always last 3 weeks for gel.The salon is spotless and all instruments are cleaned properly. All 9f this adds up to a great value . Obviously, they will always have my business. Wonderful people!

This is the BEST nail salon I have ever been to. Sophie is so sweet and funny! She stayed past the time they were closed to do my nails. She was so welcoming. She even explained why she did certain things to the nail. They will give you their best options of what to use on your nails. They take their time and actually care about you here!! You feel like a guest, not a customer.

I have been meaning to leave a review since the first time I visited in April. I absolutely love Caroline and Diana at Omega Nail Boutique. My daughter introduced me to Omega Nails (Caroline) and I have been hooked every since. Now, me and my other daughter are regulars.
It is so refreshing to experience not just basic but exceptional customer service. The ambiance is wonderful and matches the always warm, inviting and, relaxing service. Both ladies (Caroline and Diana) pay very close attention to detail. My daughter love the great art work Diana does for her. She is never shaken by the request but rises to the challenge. They are truly an asset to Omega Nail Boutique.
I highly recommend this nail salon.

I went here yesterday to get a manicure and left very unsatisfied... I told the guy that I wanted acrylic nails .. they were not busy at all when I first we t in but about 10 minutes into my service another woman came in wanting her nails done.. there was only 2 workers there... A few minutes later another lady came in wanting her nails done he told her it would be an hour so she got upset and left... The guy that was doing my nails got irritated I guess because he was losing service so he started rushing on my nails.. I asked for diamond jewels and he said yes he had them but he never went and got them.. he didn't clip all the skin from around my nail beds... the finger nail polish doesn't go all the way down the nail.... and the biggest thing is there are huge gaps between where the fake nail is supposed to be glued to my real nail also he left alot of excess acrylic on the back of my nails... Then he charged me $70 for this service.. I was very dissapointed in this service... they were very nice and I'm sure he could have done a better job he was just trying to rush so he could get the next customer but I paid for something and it was a complete waste of money!!!!
