I recently moved to the area and a server at a restaurant had her nails done, since I was looking for a place I asked her where she went. She said she had only been to Classy Nails a few times, but was pretty happy and she had acrylics. I get the “dip” but similar process, so I was excited to try them... In hopes to find my new forever nail salon. Unfortunately, my experience was less than good. Not only did the nail technician over file my nails with the drill making them too thin and very weak, but worst of all painful. She continuously kept getting the drill so close to my cuticles, skin that it kept catching (very painful). Once, I understand but after the third, fourth, and fifth time I am wondering if she would be better using a hand file because I would be more comfortable with that. That was a general idea of my experience. With the poor experience, I am hoping for exceptional nails! It wasn’t 3 days and my nails were lifting and cracking! I did not find them ‘affordable’, I would say that their prices are on the high end and I’m from Seattle. I had a pedicure and dip and they charged me $75 (that is without tip). My nails are very damaged and that is not from the dip, it is from the nail tech. I even went to a different salon and I said nothing about my nails, she commented on how thin my nails were and asked what I had on them?! I said it was supposed to be the “dip” but that has always lasted 3-4 weeks but it only was 3-4 days... Very disappointed and could not recommend based on my experience and the poor quality...

It was my first time coming here and I really loved it! My nails came out great so I’m definitely coming here again! The customer service is amazing and they are extremely nice! Great prices too!

My partner and I went here and it was fantastic. It’s an incredibly nice looking salon on the inside, and all the employees are very kind. We both got pedicures which turned out amazing, and my partner got a full set of acrylic with gel done by Quan and they are absolutely stunning! This was my first time here, and I’ll definitely going back!

Hands down the best nail salon in Tucson. This nail salon has such a relaxing atmosphere as well as always give an amazing experience. I have been going here for years and have never had a bad experience, I usually get gel manicures, fills, pedicures, eye brow waxes. You name it, they do it, and do an amazing job. Thank you, Le!!

This place will probably be my new normal nail place. I needed to get my nails done on Monday, but my normal place was full so I called ahead here to ask about prices and to schedule an appointment. The service was wonderful from beginning to end. The receptionist was very pleasant and informative over the phone and in person she was incredibly attentive and hospitable. The prices are extremely reasonable and the woman that did my nails was very good. They have so many colors available and in many different types. The color I got is really nice and I've had my nails for about 4 days now and I haven't had a chip in them at all! They all really focus on treating you and they don't rush you out like most nail places often do. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
