My nails always turn out amazing. And no one there has ever made me feel less than appreciated. Phil does my nails and any picture, color, shape, etc. that I ask for, I never have to worry because he always gets them perfect. I've been going there almost two years. Also get pedicures and eyebrows..never had any issues. They are a busy salon at times which is why I always set appts prior. But they've always treated me with respect and a fun atmosphere.

I have come to this nail place to get my eyebrows done for about 2 years. The people are nice as Well as patient. I would recommend getting One to do your eyebrows because she definitely does eyebrows the best.

This nail salon is like no other I have been to EVER, in a bad way. They didn't follow procedures as every other nail salon I have been to has done before, such as rinsing hands with water before they start on a gel nail polish and making sure nails were properly dry before telling me I'm done. Not only will I NEVER return but I will also make sure no one that I know does either! DO NOT COME HERE unless you want to waste money. Oh and my friend my friend's nails came out looking like it was done by a 2 year old.

I arrived at this nail salon near opening time to get SNS nails removed. I was the only customer yet the nail tech was rushing to get the job done. Instead of soaking my nails like most places, she attempted to chip the powder off my nails with an artificial nail. I told her to stop because it hurt but this was not before she forcefully cut off a couple of my nails. It cost more for her to do this then at other nail salons where the techs actually know what they're doing. Never returning here again.

I will NEVER visit this establishment again. I attempted to call ahead to get my eyebrows waved (a five minute procedure at the most). No one answered the phone. I arrived a full twenty minutes prior to their closing time, and I was met with a locked door. I knocked. The woman working there did not even get up from her chair and WAVED me away. I gestured at my eyebrows; explaining that what I was needing would not take her a full hour (like a manicure or a full set normally would). She simply shook her head at me and waved me away with a "shoo!" motion of her hand. VERY rude. I am disappointed because I have received decent services there previously, but I have never experienced such terribly customer service anywhere. Absolutely disappointed. Take your money elsewhere.
