Have been going to Hair It Is for many years - Sharon has always taken great care of me - excellent cuts, expert advice in color & overall lovely personality. She manages to make me feel like I’m her only client! Highly recommended!!

I'm from Ohio but was in town for a ball and had no idea who to go to. I found Hair It Is on google and definitely lucked out! The salon is nice and clean and the girls that work there are extremely friendly. Sharon did an excellent job; you can tell she loves doing up-dos. She is more than willing to listen to your opinion throughout the process and offer experience-driven advice. I was surprised by the collaborative nature of the salon as well. Another one of the girls jumped right in and did a water-fall braid. Overall, I was thrilled with the work they did and my hair lasted from noon-3 am!

I loved the time taken to listen to my needs, look at my hair to see the previous cuts and growth, and communicate the whole way through. What a gem to have in VB!
