John does very well with full sets however he does not have good customer service. I called to set up an appointment with him and he talked to me with an attitude and just rushes me off the phone. I have also witnessed him not greet customers when they’re busy and acts as if he doesn’t see them walk in. One young lady walked in, sat down for 10 minutes and they saw her but did not ask how can they help her. She then left which I don’t blame her, it’s RUDE!! Manager (John), needs to lead by example, otherwise why would other employees show customer service if he’s not! Disappointing.
