First time at this salon and it was okay except the nail tech had an attitude throughout my whole visit and I felt my nails could've been done better..It was surely not the color polish shown nonetheless not the one I wanted..she rushed doing my nails but they look fairly decent but I might not be coming back again.

I overall like this place but they’re not that clean. Equipment is reused and not always cleaned before you sit down. A employee there asked why I bring my own tools since they use alcohol between uses, but alcohol or acetone doesn’t kill everything. It should be cleaned properly and sterilized between people. The staff overall has been nice. Some can be rough in their technique but they’re usually so meticulous with filing, cuticles, and polish (without me saying anything), which is appreciated so I come back ...just with my own tools.

When I confronted the male nail tech about using dirty cuticle clippers, one of the female techs said, “He usually just does pedicures. Let me fix for you. I do not want you to leave unhappy.” Here’s the thing... Whether you do manicures or pedicures, sanitary practices remain unchanged. I paid for the partial service that I received and exited. I encourage us to support black-owned nail salons, as this is a true indication of the filth and disgusting practices that occur on a daily basis at these Asian salons.

Worst manicure I’ve ever had. Was rushing and cut open my finger. I left with a massive layer of uneven product on top of my nail. Maybe just don’t go near the holidays because its not worth your money.

The service by E.S nails overall has deteriorated from my first visit. Which was little more than a year ago. The pedicure service I recieved were absolutely rushed with a little touch of attitude from the nail tech.They lack good service and professionalism. I will not be going back. Neither will I recommend them to anyone.
