I came in for a gel fill in (she charged $30 for a fill in when that is the original price without them having to be filled) then the polish I wanted was an extra $5. Not to mention it was a Saturday at 5pm and I was able to walk in & go right to the chair. Then as the lady was servicing me she asked if I wanted my nails thin🧐 or the way they were when I came in. I told her I would like them thick like they were when I came in. Needless to say upon finishing when I put my hands into the lamp, my nails were so thin that my actual nail bed were hurting from the heat of the lamp. That night got into a hot bath once I came out all my nails were legit FLEXIBLE. Really bending from front to back. When I get to work that Monday ( I work in an office, very light duty, only typing) one nail breaks. Two days later another, the day after that another one! All while the rest are stuck on, flexible & all. When I called the shop all I asked is if they can remove the rest of them. She was very rude and insisted I pay $10 for her to remove this mess of a nail job she called herself applying. When I said I didn’t want to pay she very ignorantly hung up on me. The nerve of these people that bring their business to your neighborhood & do services how they want and treat you as if you weren’t a paying, supporting customer to begin with. All in all please don’t support this business. Ps I had no chip polish and guess what, two days later... chipping.

This place is horrible. I went there on a Monday and by Thursday, 3 nails were broken. When I called to tell them about it, the lady hung up on me. The man that did my nails, did them extremely thin, and when I tried to tell him, he tried to pretend like he didn't understand. I want spend another time there. 1 and last time going there.

I like this place. I never really get my toes done, so when I do go I'm a bit of a perfectionist. This place is kind of low key its next to Aaron's furniture. When we walked in the place we were greeted. The customer service seem fantastic, however the quality of the nail polish is a bit questionable. While my experience here is good and I would come back ( with my own polish). It is important for a nail shop to have quality nail polish, after all that's why I'm here. I really like the price, the place does not smell of chemicals, there was not a long wait. (Thursday afternoon).

I am very disappointed at the service I received today. I was insulted, belittled and embarrassed by the manager. I was a customer for over 10 years. I came in today asking to have my no chip manicure done over because after 1 day my nails started chipping. The workers said They would do it over but I had to wait( saying this to me very rudely). I was told that I had to get the same color. Which was white. I agreed as long as it was a different brand. When the worker approached me with the same brand, I refused it and asked for a different brand. I picked up the sample book and pointed to what I thought was a white. The manager immediately raised her voice saying “no you can’t get that”. I said “why I’m paying my money I should get what I want”. She began speaking to the other workers in Chinese very loudly. They refused to service me. I was furious because I didn’t see the problem. When I told her I had the money to pay. She said “ for you no you have to give me cash”. Really? I asked why. She said “because you people will call the credit card people and cancel”. I reminded her that i’d Been a customer for years. Her mother was the owner and manager that retired and this would have never happen. She waved her hand at me like I was as a fly or something telling me to get away. All this because they didn’t want to redo my nails. I will never go back to this shop. I’m hurt and disappointed and the service I received. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I’m contacting the better business BBB.

Place is extremely dirty. I went there to get my nails removed and it took an hour and a half. Absolutely outrageous. Never coming here again. Booooo.
