I am giving Rob 5 stars! I been there 3 different times now and have found my new go to! He is awesome and personable and over exceeded my expectations! He took his time and that alone is so appreciated. Thanks rob for my beautiful nails and awesome experience!!!

I rarely take time to review unless the service is superb or horrendous and in this case it was horrendous. I went in to get my eyebrow done and came out disappointed and upset. The first time i tell the technician to please clean my brows and not to do them thin. She does them thin I was so upset didn't say anything paid and left. Next time I went I made sure I got a different technician specified LOUD AND CLEAR clean up and PLEASE not to thin not only does she DO THEM THIN BUT they AREN'T. the same shape and one eyebrow she left me a BOLD SPOT... I let her know I am upset she did a RUSHED job and left me a bold spot and has the nerve to tell me my eyebrows are like that... I told I CAME IN because I have a fullset bushy eyebrows and tells me why I come to them if I am unhappy with their services... Totally UNCALLED FOR AND UNPROFESSIONAL.... I paid her and left to never go back again. It's called CUSTOMER SERVICE and people are paying for what they what done not for whatever the hell you want to do!!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I've been going to this salon for many years. I love Bella! she is always willing to be artistic & try new designs. The owners of this salon are such a nice family and it's always clean. I rated it a 4 because this salon is very small & tight on space. It should be much larger to accomodate a waiting area, better hand washing area & larger nail drying area. It's still a great place

I have gone to the one in vestal Walmart for 13 years .. Never have an issue great people and nails last forever ! How ever the last 2 times my usual 2 people I have have not been there so I got a new lady and I was not happy at all . she hurt me bad on getting nails off where I had to get switched to someone who actually knew what they were doing and than put wrong color gel nail police on and got mad at me cause with gel nail polish u have to sand it off .. So all most if I stick with my normal 2 ladies love and recommend this place any day ! Lanni and the lady that sits close to the phone and runs place r the 2 I recommend seeing ! Tammy is good for new sets dont like on fills cause my nails are long. And lonny for all the above.. The place is small but clean and they dont ask you what length so make sure you tell them before they start..

I took a friend and the woman that did her nails cut her nice long nails short, actually cut her finger a little without any apology and was very pushy which made my friend uncomfortable.
I paid extra money for the gel for my fingernails, because they said that the gel lasted at least 2 weeks. The gel peeled and took off parts of my fingernails within 9 days.
The flower and line designs on the toe nails were pretty.
