Every time i have went in there whether i have had an appointment or a walkin everybody that comes in after me gets taken before me. I went in with my gift card today for a pedicure. There were a few people ahead of me so i waited. 4 more people came in after me and they got taken care of b4 me. I think that is very rude and unprofessional. I understand eyebrows but not color change or manicures or pedicures. If one has to wait in line all need to wait their turn. Needless to say i wont be going back.

I wish I could rate them with negative 100 stars. This place is awful. I've went there 2 times within the month (July 2017) and I've left out both times without getting any service. The first time I took my niece to get her nails done because I promised I would take her for the first time and we literally sit there for 2 hours without any service. I waited due to the face that it was customers in both "so called service chairs". The stupid nosey ass man in the place kept running his mouth and everyone that came in he told them it would be a hour wait, which was a lie because I had been sitting over a hour already. The lady that does nails doesn't do anything but play on her phone and from the looks of things she only goes by appointments because people came in after me and a few others had been waiting forever and they went straight to her in which the time she was playing on her phone she could have waited on one of us. Needless to say we left and went somewhere else. So again I went back since it's the closest nail shop to my house. When I went in there was a lady in the man that does nails chair and he was finishing her, so I thought ok cool I'm next. So after he was done with her he said I'll be right back to do you. Well I thought he would be right back. He went to the back laughing and talking to the women that was doing pedicures in the back. I'm thinking maybe he has to get a bite to eat or use the restroom. So I waited and waited. Again the lady that does nails was playing on her phone waiting on an scheduled appointment to show up and I never seen them. The guy was gone like 30 minutes plus so I left on out without service again. I don't know if he ever came out or not. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT BACK INTO THAT NAIL SHOP. The man is nosey, the other lady is just a body in the building, the ones that does the pedicures are loud , ghetto and don't have any kind of customer service skills. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS DUSTY PLACE!! 😡

A second grader could have painted my toes better. Also while he was turned around talking for 10 minutes not watching what he was doing, he basically scrubbed one spot on my toe down to the bone. Nope.

I needed one nail fixed that i broke and i was told that they had no time. They were booked the entire week. Wouldn't fit me in. Bad business decision.

My shellac nails that are suppose to last 2 weeks came off in one day. Nails look terrible in the light. Polish on the skin around the nails and surface was very uneven. When I called to complain and ask to have my two nails that peeled off corrected. I was told only the person who placed them could fix it and she wold not be in until Aug 2. When I protested I was told everyone else in the shop was completely booked until that time. Really? We walked in yesterday with several other people and got our nails done. Nothing said about needing appt.
