My mom sister and I went here to get our nails done and it was not as nice as we were hoping. We got mani pedis and my sisters were done awful because the lady doing hers wanted to be able to leave, so she didn’t even put lotion on her feet or anything like that, just dried her nails, cut them awful and painted one layer where you could still see the nails because the layer wasn’t thick enough. Then when my mom and I got to go sit in a chair to get our nails done at a table, the lady doing my sisters right on the chair she got her toes done and did them really quickly missing parts of her nail. As soon as she painted them, the lady quickly left the nail salon to leave and that’s why she was hurrying so much. We went and told one of the ladies about it and she fixed her fingers but not her toes, then were told to tell the guy up at the desk what had happened a when we went to pay. I went to pay and my mom told the guy what had happened and the guy (guessing the manager and probably the girls father or something) didn’t even care not apologizing or offering us a discount on her nails I paid $50 when they were only worth like $20 because of how much time and effort that lady put into it. The guy just didn’t care. I paid for my sister and mine which was $105 and left a $15 even tho I didn’t want to but knew the girl that did my nails deserved a tip, as she was sweet and took time with my nails and massaging my feet. If The guy would have apologized and given us half off or something, I would have given this salon 4 stars for trying to make up for bad service, but he just shoved us off and didn’t care. I spent $120 on something that was supposed to be fun and relaxing but ended up not being. Also, even tho the lady that did my nails was really nice and did them pretty, I got my nails done yesterday, haven’t scrubbed them when washing or anything, and the paint is already falling off. If I knew this was what we would be getting, I would have just done my nails at home and saved $120. The just of this story, is even tho it is a convenient place to go since it is in the mall, I would recommend going somewhere else with a nicer and more apologetic manager and who has people that don’t rush nails just because they want to leave.

i tried this nail place in the mall that looked very nice and professional and when i sat down the lady doing my nails was very sweet and kind... she sat on her phone for about 3 minutes before getting started though. after starting she cut all my nails differently and thick when i had asked for coffin nails. she made them super thick width and height and i didn't like them and when i told her i wanted them more skinny she said she likes them better thick! although the nail lady herself didn't do what i had asked when i walked in the receptionist was very respectful and professional. she got a seat ready for me and told me to get the message chair going. very lovely receptionist and made me feel welcome.

I went to days ago, my nails luck great the first day, but today (2 days after) the nail polish are coming out. Cost $30 for pedicure and is very expensive for the service and the job on the nails. Not recommend go here...

The first experience I had here was amazing. I had received a manicure from a lady who did an amazing job. The next time I returned I got one of the worst manicures I have ever experienced. The lady was in a giant hurry. She cut me 4 times. 3 times with the cuticle trimmers and one time she was filing too hard and ripped my skin. She did not care whatsoever and then proceeded to paint my nails with shellac very unevenly, it was all over my skin surrounding my nails and even under neath the nail itself. I would not recommend this place whatsoever just for the fact of inconsistency, and the unnecessary pain I experienced. The first manicure was great, but if anyone else has to go through the experience of being treated terrible the second time around. It’s not worth it. Go somewhere with consistent good workers who care, I promise you will find similar prices :)

Took my cousin for her first pedicure the lady she got wearing all black and hair in a ponytail was very rude to her. Wouldn't look at her, kept turning her head so she wouldn't have to talk to her. She rushed her pedicure too, barley even scrubbed her feet maybe 30 seconds. I for one will never go back there again or recommend this business!!
