My first time coming here and the manager was very rude. I HAVE A DISABILITY WITH A LAVD (HEART PUMP)..I TOOK A LYFT TO THERE LOCATION AND WAS ASKED TO LEAVE BECAUSE I CHANGED MY MIND ABOUT GETTING BOTH MY NAILS AND FEET DONE..I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE THIS. WISH I WOULD HAVE WENT LIVE..PLACE WAS EMPTY WHEB CAME IN ON A FRIDAY NOW I KNOW WHY..I WOULD NOT EVER COME BACK HERE.

Bad customer service, the work was rushed and they were very short and brief.

waited an hour and still havent gotten my fill.. ridicoulus..

I went in for a fill 9/22/17 & I made an appointment. Everything started out right. After removing the gel polish & starting to buff my nails with the machine she cut my cuticle & said to me "oh, I cut your finger. You'll be fine" which I didn't think of all that much bc I know I have very soft cuticles. Then she started the acrylic full portion & I told her I want them to look natural which she said "okay" to. The final product is how they look now grown out, thick, and you can see where the full starts & ends on the nail. She argued with me in front of other guests telling me that I wasn't listening to her & that it looks fine. I am so disappointed & this is my usual nail place & I will not be returning bc of the poor quality.
