Nails dont last. Horrible attitudes. And most important they don't clean anything per standard of operation. Especially the pedicure tub. It's super gross and most likely holds way too much bacteria. Clean up Creative. Retrain and read about the laws of owning a salon

They are one of the best, if not the best Nail salon in Philadelphia. BUT! They are disrespectful, talk about people when they leave, and vindictive. A young lady receiving services in their salon was just hired as a teacher for the Phildelphia school district. She asked for nail design that, would be conservative, professional, I'll be teaching kids."
It was like somebody turned on a switch. The nail tech stopped doing her nails, went to another customer, had this girl sit for 30 minutes not realizing the the tech was not going to return.
The young lady finally got up, and left the salon. As the door closed, they all started laughing! Then mocked, "I'm a professional, (while laughing).
To see a young Black lady mocked and laughed for making a major achievement in her life, (it's hard for Black people), made me angry. This was last year. I have never returned there, and NEVER will.

I thought that they did a good and thorough job on my feet! Toenail clipping and cuticle work was very good, I have some rough feet and they made them look and feel great!

They hit and miss but are still pretty good for this area
