I have been going here since they opened and have always had a great experience. The problems now are, unless you get Tracy or Kay your experience is horrible. I don’t like to complain but the last time (before this time) I went the color I picked was stuck, they couldn’t get the bottle open, so I had to pick a different color. There was a customer complaining loudly in the background and I didn’t want to make a fuss, so I just grabbed a color. The girl did one coat and a clear coat on top. Barely a massage, barely relaxing. Decided to go again, after all, have been going here for over 10 years easy. Brought my son, thought he deserved to get a pedicure, why not? Take my nieces all the time. Anyway, he got Tracy, I got a new man. The water was cold, they adjusted it but it was still cold. My sons water was too hot, I said I will switch him. Lol. The man completely rushed through my pedicure I didn’t feel relaxed at all and slipped with a cuticle cutter which hurt. Messed up the paint on my toe, when I finally had the courage to point it out he told me to go to the foot lamp and he would fix it in a few minutes. I paid, tipped (20%)and left. I won’t be back which sucks, it was my go to place, but I feel like I’m inconveniencing them and that not a relaxing experience to me.

I received a basic mani/pedi here for a wedding. We made an appointment for 3 and they got us in and out in great time while still maintaining quality. I definitely recommend an appointment. They say walk ins welcome, but it filled up quickly while I was there on a Friday afternoon so they begin turning people away. It was only 40 dollars for the service. They have the massage chairs during the pedi too. I just wish they turned the TV or some music on for entertainment.

Went for a Mani/pedi yesterday. The staff is very professional, very clean, meticulous to detail in there quality of their work, very fair prices. Will go back for sure.
