Love my nails but 2 of the staff members are rude! They talk about the customers in a different language and are rude about the way you hold your hands while they work on you! But last time I forgot my wallet and they trusted my to go and get it! I really appreciated that! I will continue to get my nails done there! I got there at 6:45pm they close at 8pm, they wouldn't let me in! Then they left me in the parking lot with car trouble, the meanest lady said "NO" when I asked for a jump! Rude, Rude, Rude! I will never get my nails done there again and I suggest that you don't either!

Terrible!! I took my 64 year old sister for her first Pedicure. We also got manicures. The ladies were rude and not helpful at all!! We were in there from 4:45 until after 7:00! Grr! I went and asked “Hey do you know how much longer we have to wait?” And her reply was “ You need to sit down and wait your turn “ Really??! We should have left but it was too late to go to another place. Crappy job on manicure too. I told her I wasn’t happy and she acted like oh well!! WILL NEVER go there again!!!

If my wife(Vickie) could give a higher rating there it would be a lot more stars always friendly never had a bad nail job done and she has been going to Red Nails for over 20 years and she tells everyone that ask where she gets them done because they like the designs that they do she always better when she leaves them

This place is the most unprofessional I ever gone to in my life. I been to a lot of nail salons but this place tops it all... Got a manicure what I could done better my self. Ask for a almond shape & after she was done don't know what shape it was. Than I start shaping it my self and the lady who did my nails had the nerve to say can you hurry up so I can polish your nails how rude. I will report red nails to the BBB that's for sure you don't do business like that..The staff at red nails are very rude. I would recommend to go to Angel Nails the staff is much friendly & much more professional than these people...
