This place is awesome! Terra is my absolute favorite, but Rachel is also great.
The fact that they work in conjunction with my foot doctor downstairs (the salon is on the second floor) is reassuring. If there's anything about my feet that needs to be seen by the doc, Terra will recommend I make an appointment.
I never have to be embarrassed at how gross my feet are because not only has she seen worse, but Terra makes them beautiful at the end of my visit. (Thanks, Terra; you're the best!)
I can book online appointments, which I love because I can see everything that's available in any given day.
The salon is nice without being obnoxious and most of the staff is very friendly and sincere.
I highly recommend Sole Serenity!

I had a French Pedicure done and it came out terrible. The lines were not even close to being straight. I was leaving on vacation so, when I got home and realized how bad it was I took photos and sent an email letting them know how disappointed I was. When I returned from vacation there was no reply, I sent a second email that also went unanswered. On day 8 of no reply I contacted the spa, where the receptions confirmed they received the email, agreed the French polish was terrible and guaranteed a call back form the manager. I received a call from the manager a few hours later and she was extremely rude. She asked, “what is it I wanted?” I replied to her asking, “what do you normally do in a situation like this, you saw the pictures right!” She did say she saw the pictures and the best she could do for me was to refund the $7 for the French polish. After more conversation she offered to redo “just the polish, because there was nothing wrong with the pedicure.” I came home from the salon, literally removed the polish within an hour and applied my own polish because I was leaving for vacation. What I expected being a first time visitor to this spa was for them to ask, “what is a good time for you to come back, so we can redo your pedicure for you and make it right.” Manager Barb acted extremely annoyed and put out with me. I will never step foot in that establishment again, the manager is extremely rude and I am just floored that they wouldn’t offer to give me a better experience instead of refunding $7. The Manager needs to learn some customer service skills and they need to teach the nail tech I had how to do a French pedicure.

Great manicures and pedicures. Friendly staff, too. Massages and facials are available, too.

FIRST TIME VISIT. VERY NICE. VERY CLEAN. WONDERFUL STAFF. IT'S WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE.
