I've enjoyed getting my nails done here for a few years. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The store is clean and well maintained.

Was there for nearly two+ hours for a simple pedicure. All the waiting was trying to pay so I could leave. They seemed to have gone out of their way for a certain guest but left me waiting around, when I asked if i could pay multiple times. Hardly spoke a word to me otherwise. Tried to treat myself for my birthday. Terrible experience. Wouldn’t go back.

I had loved going to LV Nails until they recently changed ownership. All of my favorite nail technicians were gone, but the only one that stayed and apparently the new owner is Bonita. Bonita had done my mother in laws nails before the business was sold to her and she could not even do a French manicure without having the paint chipping within 2 days. I decided to come back a few weeks later for my own favorite nail technician and I was devestated to find out everyone had left. I decided to give Bonita a chance out of desperation. I told her about my mother in law’s experience and her chipped nails and she ended up being very defensive. She told me that’s what happens when you get just paint on your nails. But I told her that it should’ve lasted longer than 2 days! She was very dismissive and ended up talking trash about the other women who used to work there. I asked Bonita to just paint my nails. I was the only customer in the shop so I just want to know why did it take her close to 2 hrs to finish my nails?! It was absolutely ridiculous! I’m not going back ever again. The shop is not the same and I hate that it ended on such a bad experience.

GREAT experience. I got a simple pedicure and a manicure with gel and they did a wonderful job. I was so relaxed and almost fell asleep 😅 the people working there are kind and SO professional. I definitely recommend going here. You can also call ahead and schedule appointments!

The place is transitioning from nails to massage and facials. I’d call ahead to see when they can get you in for nails!
