Stopped in here after shopping at Walmart.
1) Simply need to take off gel polish & paint with regular polish
2) I ran out of time, so I only got the the gel taken off
3) She then said, "that will be $10.00."
4) I pointed to the price list. It says polish change... $6.00 & Up
6) I didn't get any polish, my nails were plain. No top coat , nothing!
7) She started talking to the manager angrily... . but I went ahead & paid her the inflated price of $10
8) I have a decent job. The $10 wasn't the issue, issue was I didn't get a polish change
....I will NEVER return here. Unethical staff, deceptive establishment !!!!

Look at my nails. The tips don't even fit my nail the nail bed looks like s*** and the paint job holy crapola. Pictures say it all which I posted. How can I fix this mess?

The ladies were horrible, they were making fun of my mother for having a hard time communicating with them and didn't do her manicure right.

I got a pedicure here today. The staff was friendly and the salon was clean.... but as a nail tech myself, I was quite saddened that they rushed my service. My cuticles were not clipped or propperly pushed back and the massage was nothing more than a lottion application. Callus remover was not used even though the service addvertised it and my heals could have used a lot more work... My basic understanding of Vietnamese allowed me to over hear them say "They got the delux...make it quick".
I do pedicures and manicures all day, ...very thoroughly... it would have been nice to have that quality of service for myself for once...
