I was walking to Marshalls looked in, saw it was clean and decided to get a quick manicure. Nothing fancy - no fuss, essentially just change the color.
I asked if there was a wait, and was told to pick a color. Nothing new, same approach. My nail tech/switchboard operator/foodie, she was eating her breakfast btw, took 3 calls in succession without blinking an eye. When she started to address my nails of course the phone rang, she took walk ins, addressed appointments, finished her meal and attempted to file my nails. I have never seen anyone multi-task so many unrelated issues of mine and charge me for it. No way. After stating, can we please focus on my nails of course, the phone rang. I said enough, got up and left.
Realizing I was not a regular nor a scheduled appointment I have given this place 1 star. I am being gracious.

Clean and aesthetically pleasing but my technician didn't even say hello. In general, I found the staff a bit standoffish and a $10 basic manicure is too much when across the street it's $7 and the staff is nicer

I used to go here several times and stopped because it was overpriced and the workers take shortcuts to get me out the chair Asap for the next person. They also talk so much in their language nonstop instead of being focused and careful. I finally got fed up because of my last experience. The worker cut too deep into my big toe and left a big pointy and painful piece of my nail and wasn’t able to fix it so she made me leave like that. It started bleeding and it was infected for weeks I even needed to see a doctor for antibiotics. To top it off I asked for change for a $20 bill for tip and she gave me back $5!!! If I could give this place a negative star I would. I highly suggest that you go elsewhere rather than taking the chance to have this experience yourself. I wouldn’t even recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I went to this place two times and the third time I was very disappointed. They try to get rid of you quick and probably make fun of you in there Language! I am very disappointed they don’t even have nice designs anymore. They will never get my money again!😡

The girls are very nice and everytime when I go, they do an amazing job doesn't matter if it's regular mani/pedi or gel manicure.
