Was my first try at this shop. When I arrived I was greeted and was told that there was 5 people ahead and the wait would be over an hour. No worries...I told the girl that I would go for lunch and come back. When I returned, I was told that I was taken out of queue and there was 4 “new” people ahead and the wait would be another hour. I’m sure the haircuts here are fine, but I will never know as I will never return.

Anna greeted me and was the one to cut my hair I had a picture of what I wanted and she did a good job of cutting my hair talked me thru every thing always got my oppion on what I wanted and generally had a good conversation i am deffiantly going back if you need a cut I deffiantly recomend going to great clips

Just finished getting my haircut by Robbie. I came in not knowing what I wanted to do and he helped me find the right haircut that best suited me. I've had bad haircuts with Great Clips before but he helped me reestablish my faith in them. He took his time, was patient, and super fun to talk to. Robbie is AWESOME, this man needs a raise! And he's a huge Zelda fan, like huge fan, so what more could you ask of a stylist? Thanks again, Robbie! I will definitely be seeing you from now on.

This Great Clips is not even worthy of a star. They were absolutely terrible and gave me the most traumatic haircut I have ever experienced in my life. I went in for a simple hair cut. I just wanted a couple of inches off with LONG layers. The lady who cut my hair chopped off chunks of my hair and there was even a HOLE in my hair because it was so uneven.
My haircut was so bad that I had to drive all the way to Wake Forest to a trusted professional hairstylist who had to fix the terrible mistake Great Clips made.
Their haircutter should be fired for the terrible job that she did. I will NEVER go back to this place and I no one should ever get their hair cut here unless you're willing to wear a hat for months.
