This has been my go to place for years, but in the past couple of years it has seriously gone down hill. Basic pedicures with nails painted quickly and sloppily. They pressure you into the upsell and if you aren't interested, they shame you. I just tried one last time and wanted a full set with glitter tips, something I know they do and have done well in the past. The guy didn't know what I was talking about and tried to convince me to do something else. I get my nails done as a way to relax, negotiating what I want done is not relaxing. I walked out and will never be back. Don't waste your money.

They have one nail tech Tina that does an amazing job. I have call to make an apointment so that I don't have to wait 3 hours to get my nails filled (no joke 3 hours average) the man at the front desk hung up on me 3 times and pretended he did not understand me. They are rude and I have been yelled at several times. I hate to not go there anymore because they are cheap, and very fast once you actually get the nail tech to help you, and Tina does a great job. But I just cant put up with their terriable service any longer.

This place is so hit and miss! I ask for the same person every time and after walking in the door and them telling me it would be a 20 minute wait for her they still had someone else do my nails after I waited more than 20 minutes. I use to drive out of my way to go here because my gel manicure would last 2+ weeks. The last few times I have went they are so busy that they do the manicure as fast as possible to get me out of there! My cuticles don’t get the attention they need and my gel polish is coming off within a week. I have had that happen 3 times in a row now. It’s not worth the risk so I will now be looking for a new place to get manicures.

They are incredibly slow. Last time I went, the woman who was giving me a pedicure kept leaving to do other things, so my overall visit was 2 hours. For a basic pedicure. The prices are fair, so I've kept coming, but they often forget the top coat or tell you "it'll just be a moment" and you end up waiting for like 45 minutes. I've given this place several tries, but I think it's time for me to go elsewhere.

Today is August 16th. And I waited for more than 1 hour for service. And people that arrive after me were receiving service. Mine costs $14 for refill my nails. They were disrespectful. I don't recommend this awful place at all. again I waited too long 9 months ago, they told me 10 min, and it was much more thean that. Customer service pretty bad, bad, bad. Some people are not friendly. The result, they worked on my nails so fast. Not the quality I was expecting. They are always in a hurry. So the final result is really bad.
