Wonderful environment. Very welcoming. They care and make sure to do their job right and to your liking. I’ve been pleased every visit and will continue nail care with them.

This is somewhere I will continue to go! I came here to get a gel manicure fixed from where another service messed it up and Thomas was very friendly and was very reasonable with how much it would cost to fix it. As he worked to redo my nails, he explained everything step by step as to why my nails got messed up in the first place. The environment was very nice, friendly, clean and the chairs were comfy! I would recommend this place to anyone!

I just stopped before closing because my regular nail salon was closed. I got my eyebrows done and I have NEVER had someone take so much care and detail in the way they look! I was beyond pleased with the final product and I'm happy to say that Valley Nails is now the place I will be coming!!

This business was absolutely amazing and wonderful when they first opened! They now feel very uninviting and they tell you they can do your nails or pedicure when you walk in. They sit you down start on your nails or pedicure, and start working on different customers leaving you there waiting forever to finish what you came there for! Then on top of it they charge outrageous prices, and get mad when you don't leave a tip after paying twice as much as u would anywhere else!and then accuse you of things you wouldn't and didn't do! They also blame you if your nails get messed up before leaving and still want u to pay more for them to fix it! I highly recommend going to Model Nail's they've proved to go above and beyond to make sure your happy and satisfied with their work before you leave! I also felt like they were talking about me the whole time I was there!

This is my favorite salon. They have good prices and they are constantly improving the customer experience. For example, they just put in new pedicure massage chairs. They offer gel manicures and discount for students. It is a convenient locatio to JMU and the owner is an alum. I highly recommend this salon.
