Terrible,Inconsiderate,lazy,disrespectful ..not all but one in particular.I Came in to schedule an appointment with a very highly recommended stylist who wasn't on duty at the time.I Needed to make an appointment and the lazy,angry, so called manager or PIC.Person in charge was huffing.and puffing BECAUSE she had to stop talking on her cell phone about make up ,food or lularue fat pants to make an appointment...needeless to say I didn't make the appointment and went somewhere else..too.bad great stylists are saddled with no talent lazy hack co workers who don't care about the customers or how they represent the NATIONAL chain...

Went get a haircut here yesterday. The girl cut my bangs very uneven and cut my sides by my ears way to high up. She need to practice men's hair cuts on a Mannacan head before she cuts men's hair.

I absolutely love this location. They do such a great job and are super helpful. There really isnt a bad one in the bunch! Definitely recommend it. I wont go anywhere else. They do an AMAZING job with my hair.

Lazy employees, horrible customer service. Showed up at 8:10 p.m. for a haircut, they said "sorry, we close the 'cutting floor' at 8." Really? The internet and the sign posted in your own window says your open till 9. What was funny was only one of the THREE employees was doing anything. One girl was sweeping, and the other two were sitting on their can, too lazy to get up and give me a haircut that would have taken 15 minutes tops. I found two other places in the mall that were still taking customers, because unlike the deceitful people at Mastercuts, they mean it when they say they are open till 9. Never, ever, go to this Mastercust location.
