Just an amazing first time visit! The Nail Lady is kind, gentle, sweet, and just an overall lovely person. I expressed what I was looking for in her service at the beginning and she appropriately responded. I felt my needs and wants were understood well. She tailored and personalized my experience to ME! I felt the time I was allotted for her service had a sole purpose of pampering and beautifying my outside, for sure! **Most importantly** I left there feeling pampered and beautiful on the inside. Her prices are fair and standard for the services offered. Although, I truly feel that the entire experience I was given was actually priceless! North Scottsdale and the surrounding areas are fortunate to be the home of her establishment!

If you are looking for the perfect nail lady look no further!! I have been going to Carol for a year now and cant imagine going elsewhere! What's funny is I was only going to treat myself the ONE time and then continued to go every 2 weeks after that 🤷🏽♀️ 😂 I originally found her based on reviews and the fact I was in need of getting my nails done for my birthday but being new to the area I didnt know where to go. Let me tell you, from the moment I contacted her until now it has been by far the most pleasant experience I've ever had. Her private salon is so beautifully decorated that it automatically makes you feel comfortable and at home. Her services are one of a kind because shes so personable & listens to your needs while making suggestions if necessary. You literally walk out with beautiful nails and in time gain a great friend. I simply cant say enough wonderful things about her. I highly recommend you to go experience it for yourself, you wont be disappointed.

I just got home from my very first pedicure ever! Not only was this my first pedicure experience, it was my best over all, nail salon experience. I really could not write enough wonderful things about Carol in order to convey the exemplary person she is. Stepping inside feels like entering your best friends house for brunch, you get a personable (and even comedic) interaction with the one and only boss lady herself, and lastly she genuinely listens to what you want and with my own experience helped me decide what exactly I wanted when originally I’d picked entirely different. She’s professional, talented, and overall killing the game. I sincerely couldn’t be happier with my toes or how I spent my time.

Carol is simply amazing. Explains everything she does while keeping up a cheerful stream of conversation. Love her and how she does my nails! Plus, her salon is so cute and welcoming. Have and will recommend her over and over.
