I've been going to this place for well over 10 years and have no complaints. Everyone there does a really good job so I never make an appointment with anyone in particular. As a drop-in, I've had to wait for a short while sometimes, but without an appointment, I expect that. I always get lots of compliments on my nails. On one occasion I noticed bubbles on the surface of a couple of nails the next day. I went back and they were very apologetic and repaired the nails free of charge. 100% satisfied. Highly recommend!

I've been coming here for years but today was definitely my last time here. I came in today to get a pedicure before I deliver my baby on Monday and the lady that was doing my feet did a horrible job. The main reason I came in was to have the dead skin removed from the back of my heels. I tell her this and she told me that there was nothing she could do. She scrubbed the back of my feet with a nail file, not even a pumise stone but a nail file with no effort. I should have just asked for a nail polish change because thats what I got. Now I have to go to another salon tomorrow to get an actual pedicure because she didnt do a pedicure. She just changed my toe nail color and washed my feet. Never again.

Discriminatory staff! They speak amongst themselves about you right in front of your face. They hand each other essential oils to put under their noses IN FRONT OF YOU! THEY PROPPED OPEN THE DOOR TO AIR MY FRIEND OUT! Absolutely do not recommend. Rushed nails and bad customer service.
