They are very nice and friendly however, they do not take the time and listen to what it is you want. I left with my nails filed completely off centered and pointed unevenly across the entire tip and all the nails different lengths, not at all what I had asked for. I even showed an exact picture (my own nails from the past at a different salon) of what I wanted. I do not recommend this nail salon.

Love love Kim!!! She is down to earth, takes her time, does beautiful work!! Very nice, always ask if I would like something to drink
I never feel rushed! She makes me feel important

I've been going to Happy Nails for YEARS! I've spent a LOT of money at this salon and the main reason I kept going back is the convenience and the incredible massage chairs ☺ But the service just sucks! A few of the girls are very sweet, and I'm seriously NOT judgemental or pregudice AT ALL- I realize that their cultural approach may be different than ours and I respect that, but this last visit determined I WILL NEVER GO BACK! The manager/main nail therapist was rude to me for the very last time! Literally raised her voice and yelled at me! I was looking for a relaxing spa moment not MORE STRESS in my life and she judged ME! HA! How dare you treat like that- I'm DONE! I was shocked...

I walked in at 6:30, and told Kim I had a horrible experience at another salon. I was upset and she made me feel relaxed. She grabbed me a drink, and asked what I wanted. I wanted the almond shape, and she asked to see an exact picture to know the shape. She said there are different looks to along. She looked at the image and mastered the look perfectly.my nails look amazing, I love it 😍
Even though I was her last client, she made me feel relaxed and not rushed. Go visit Kim, she's great 👍🏼

I went in to get a pedicure - only the second time I'd been in.. Pedicure started off great until she started to clip my toe nails. She was digging and asking if it hurt and I told her yes and she kept doing the same thing just more gentle I would say. She pulled out a bunch of skin and toe nail that I'm assuming had grown to the side, I'm not real sure how she got that much out but I was bleeding. Both big toes were bloody and my righy pinky toe was bleeding. She just kept on and ignoring my flinching when it would hurt and seemed to grab my foot tighter so I couldn't jerk away out of pure reflex of being hurt. This was on Saturday Aug 26.. Today is Wednesday Aug 30 and my left big toe is so swollen and infected I can barely walk on it. I definitely would recommend NOT letting these women cut your toenails and if they do, make sure they stay out of the sides of them.
