I had a full set and my daughter had a fill done there. We arrived and were asked to come back in an hour after we sat and waited 30 minutes. When we returned we waited another 45 minutes when I just decided to leave. There were techs available to help us they just didn't want to. The man working chased us outside and apologized and said he would do our nails now. He did mine his wife did my daughter's, his wife seemed to have an attitude the whole time. The job that they did on our nails was great, that's the reason for the two stars. The customer service there is severely lacking. Won't be going back.

I always love going in there even if it takes awhile. Everybody is super friendly and I love the price range. Sandy always does my nails and they are always amazing. Here’s a picture of me trying to show off my nails back in December. Lol

It was my first time going here and i absolutely love their services. They are so friendly and funny. I’m absolutely coming back for sure!!!

Every time I come here, they never fail me. Always so nice, lovely, and probably one of the best nail salons in Springfield with the cheapest prices! Been here over 10+ times and it won’t stop now. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
