Overall good experience. Super nice people and the person who did my hair this time was gentle. I always get the same thing (medium size box braids) and the price always changes. I never know how much money to have with me. Thats my only negative comment.

I had an amazing experience here with knotless braids. Service was great and they were very entertaining. (Also their price matches the quality and it was fair!)

Im used to having my natural hair braided by one person so I decided to try this place and I was disappointed because I came with my hair blow dried and detangled however the lady tried to blow dry my hair again although it was appeared to be as stretched as possible and I was trying to avoid excessive heat on my curly hair. I showed the lady the style and explained everything to her but she didn’t speak English very well and understood me without an interpreter. She said could do it and as she was doing it she said my hair is longer then she expected so she would charge more but she failed to do the style I wanted and also braided my edges real tight PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH WHO YOU ALLOW TO TOUCH YOUR HAIR.

This was my 5th time, didnt like it at all. After asking if i could get the style. After 2 hours waiting she said my hair is too short. Then she said i can do this one but is more money. After 5 hours i didn't like my braids. Always taking on their phones or texting someone. When i gave her the tip she wasnt satisfied i saw her attitude look. The next day 2 braids already fall out. Never again i will spend all of that money for that type of service
