Hi Everyone! Let’s clarify, first of all I did not show up 15 minutes late to my appointment it was at 1:30 and I was on time. I was not putting my nails in my mouth continuously that Crystalina “repeatedly” had to tell me to stop. I NEVER rushed her (I would never do that) so for her to say “I gave up” is nonsense. I DID show her pictures of what I would have liked (2 pictures not 3...) which she said she wouldn’t be able to do because of the timing. I understood and told her something more simple would be ok with me. I was NOT missing 4 nail she’s just trying to justify her overcharged poorly done refills. However I WAS missing 1 nail she did have to fix it, but the exact nail that she “fixed” fell off 15-30 minutes after my set was done. Probably not enough glue. Hence a nail breaking off.
Also, she did not give me different timings so she could fix my nail as she states. So yes your fault not mine. She found me on Instagram the same day i left my review which was a week ago and messaged me asking for my number she obviously read the review which is why she was trying to reach out, but before that she didn’t even try once reaching out to me or apologizing she didn’t even have my number so how/when did she reach out to me as she so call says that she did? But she cares about her clients right? If she did she wouldn’t post confidential conversations I have with her such as my workplace on the internet where everyone can see. (Only reason why I’m posting another review is because that’s not a professional way to react to a review by putting a clients personal information on blast like that) Finally, I do not want a refund that wasn’t my intention just stating an honest review.
Ps: she took 2 hours to do my nails. It was not rushed.

I had gotten my nails done for prom last year and she followed the design I showed her very well, but didn’t put the nail close to my cuticle/proximal nail fold. It looked as if my nails had already grown out.

Fatima did amazing on my nails for my 8th grade graduation and the place is so nice and comfortable,they are very nice

Recently I went to get my nails done with crystalina, 30 minutes after she finished doing them my nail broke off I was charged $52.00 (which is fine if she didn’t do a horrible job)!! I understand that this is a possibility and can happen, but I texted her if she could fix it and she said she only had a certain time available to fix it I expressed that I worked at that time and would not be able to I asked what other time she was free and she just read my message and did not reply... I decided to text her again the following days and she would read my messages and not reply!!! I’m very upset with the service she provided. She overcharged for a fill and my nails were ugly. Although this experience was bad I would recommend that anyone looking into this place not go to her and go to Addie she does a good job I normally go to her, but she’s always booked.
