Just when I thought I found a decent nails salon in the kennesaw area I ended up being wrong. Only one person does good work worth coming back. This experience I got my nails done by that one person on Friday and I kid you not every single last nail broke by Sunday. I asked them could they fix it and was willing to pay some but they wanted me to pay $36 after I just paid them $45. Seeing that this accident was there fault and not mine I shouldn’t have had to pay anything. They were unwilling to work with me (a loyal customer) who has recommended many people to their salon. So if you want to go to a bad nail salon, with bad prices, that uses cheap products, and does not believe in accommodating a customer then look no further!
My only regret is that I couldn’t give them 0 stars.

Disgusting place, horrible service. Absolutely stay away. FAR away.
First off this place is a total health hazard. The waxing/eyebrow room is FILTHY. I’m not exaggerating. Dirty bottles, old wax everywhere, lash glue just sitting out, dust, even toilet paper everywhere. I'm sure the "sheet" that wanted me to lay on was white at one time, it's dirty, dingy gray/black. Tons of brown stains. I have pictures. It’s a nightmare. I ended up having to walk out of a place for the first time in my life.
That’s, of course, after waiting almost an hour to be served.
I called yesterday morning asking if they had any availability for eyebrow waxing and lash service today. I asked for their earliest appointment, whatever time that was. She told me 11am.
I got here a little early, and the place was packed. After signing in, no one acknowledged me. I waited for FIFTY MINUTES past my appointment time. They even tried to take people who came in after me before I spoke up. They hadn’t overlooked me, turns out they knew what I was hear for and just had me waiting.
When I mentioned the 11am appointment time, they told me to just go into the room and wait.
I was then told my girl would be “almost done and get to me soon,” yet they started work on the people who came in after.
That’s when I saw the disgusting surrounding in which they planned to apply eyelashes and do my eyebrows. Are the kidding?!! They are playing with people’s SIGHT. I texted pictures to friends and they said it looked like a meth lab.
Never, ever again.
