Made an appointment. Got there promptly since I have limited time. Asked for tipping powder French , which I have had here before. They said they could do it when I made reservation, but No one was there to do iit. Then they gave someone who could not understand one word I said try to give me a pedicure. It took forever and people who came in 1/2 hour after me were done with mani and pedi. Had to skip hot rock massage and never got nails done. Will never go there again. In addition, the techs were more interested in their phones than their customers. Wasted my precious time!

I just had a no chip manicure at this place and it honestly looks terrible. The girl kept placing coat after coat of polish and drying them as quickly as possible. The result? A very thick, uneven texture on each nail with spots you can actually see through the polish. I feel their polish was old, thick and when I mentioned to the girl that it looked a little thick. She said “no, I did them very thin”. I paid thanked and ripped and she didn’t even respond after that . Terrible customer service despite the popular location.

I love this place! I’ve been coming here for years and the new owners have yet to dissappoint. Jessie, Iris, and Kristen are all very talented and take great pride in their work. I’ve gotten acrylics, no chip, dip manis, and pedis, and they always do a great job. I highly recommend this place! Large selection of colors and designs.

Worst Customer service, no respect for the customer if they have questions or concerns. They make fun of what I say, if I want them to fix something they ignore me and they say it’s it’s okay so they could finish with u as fast as they can and jump to the next customer. NOOOO REAPECT AT ALL FOR THE CUSTOMER, and expensive for nothing my no chip only stayed for 3 days and started to chip and my pedicure was horrible when I left.. I REGRET GOING THERE, never again! You gonna keep losing customers if they stay like that!!!!!! DONT GO THERE PEOPLE!!! HORRIBLE WORK M, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES, and HORRIBLE LISTENING to the customer
