Went in with my mom to use a groupon we had. It was for 2 full acrylic sets. My mom and I got our toes done also. Tell me why our pedicures were 165. Didnt listen to what I wanted, they did their own thing on my nails and I'm just unhappy. I also had my toddler with me and I know they hated that. No prices posted and they refused to tell me why it was so much and acted like they didnt get what i was saying. Never going back

So I went here with my Friend and her Aunt and we wanted a rose nail design. We showed the design we wanted to the woman on the counter and she said ,” oh this would be $8.,” My friends Aunt said,” okay then we would like this design.,” We proceeded to pick our toe nail colors and we got on our seat. My friend was right beside me so we talked for a bit. I showed the man that was doing my nails the picture of the design I wanted. He laughed. He said if he could do another one but I declined it. He then took my phone and showed everyone and started talking in a different language. I was very mad because they were laughing too. That was very disappointing and disrespectful. I knew that they were talking bad about us. So I proceeded to talk In my other language. I also felt very uncomfortable. I was so shy and nervous because they were talking about the nail design I wanted. I’m only a pre-teen. And I will never come back to this place. They also changed the price. The man that was doing my nails said this will be this much money like $20. My friend on the other hand said ,” oh the lady on the counter said it was $8.,” And I was in complete shock. They were so rude and laughed for just a nail design I wanted! After I paid about $50, we had to pay them a tip. Which I didn’t want to because they don’t diserve it. This happed this spring break on Friday. I rate this a 1/5. After we went to go eat, I said to my friends Aunt ,” They were laughing at the design we wanted.,” My friends Aunt said,” Yeah because they couldn’t do it.,” but.. the pedicure was nice but I think the lady that was doing my pedicure did the best job!

Bottom line..no good! They pick and choose and change prices. If someone wants more service than what you’re there for..they will let you wait and service whoever they can charge more. I walked out. I’ve been there more than twice. They charged me full “spa” price for my five year old who didn’t receive the service. Very impersonal!!
