Have been going here for massage now longerf than I can remember. Newly renovated inside,, beautiful. The staff is awesome. Stacey is always smiling and super friendly. Of course a shout out to my favorite massage therapist Margaret (aka Emmy). A must go-to place.

Skin Serenity is such a lovely place to visit. They have the best of all services that you can find in Merrimac Valley. It's tranquil environment and friendly staff will insure you have a wonderful experience.

I have been going to Skin Serenity for 8 years and I feel it is the best for all services. Today was my massage by Margaret. She asks every time what my needs are. She is caring and absolutely the best at taking care of my tense muscles. I float out of there. Soon will visit for my facial with Cindy, who I adore.

This used to be a wonderful spa with great estheticians. Unfortunately I believe that Skin Serenity is under new ownership or new management and it is no longer customer friendly. I am really heart broken when they ask you to reschedule appointments they will not reciprocate. This ultimately cost me money. :(
Followup: Just to be clear, both appointments were initially scheduled at lunchtime. On December 5th I was called and asked to reschedule until 3:30. Then the follow up was initially scheduled on December 12th and AGAIN I got a call asking to reschedule my appointment from noontime until later in the day. I could not accommodate and the date was changed at that point. So because I was accommodating - I lost out.
Again - I love my esthetician. Hopefully she will reach out to me if/when she relocates to another spa.
