I visited this nail salon today for what I thought was an idiot proof job (to remove an old acrylic set) and I can't stress enough how much I regret giving this place a chance to do even this small task.
I walked in, waited for 10 minutes before being helped. An older lady started filing down my nails and then asked me to wait and soak which is pretty standard. For the next 45-50 minutes she completely ignored me as she worked on a pedicure for someone who arrived after me. Not once did she bother to check on me. Finally, I asked if she could finish me up because I needed to leave. Rather than answering my question, she spoke to one of the other nail ladies in their native language.
Here is where it became unacceptable: After another 10 minutes of waiting, the rude lady at the front walked over to me grabbed my wrist aggressively and tried to pull me toward her station as she mumbled that she would help me. Angered, I pulled my hand away and told her I knew how to walk. At her station, she started filing at my nails very aggresively so I asked her to file gently as my nails were very thin. She then does one quick pass back and fourth on every nail to get a bit of the acrylic off my nails and tells me she is done.
Let me describe her idea of done: my fingers were covered in acrylic residue from having soaked, I could still see acrylic clumps on my nails, and all my nails were different lenghths and shapes!!!! I'm disbelief that she would consider this appropriate. I then asked her to remove more of the acrylic and even out my nails. She did a tiny bit more and walked to the resister to indicate that she was ready for payment. I gave her my card, but refused to sign until she cleaned up my acrylic covered fingers and evened out my nails to which she answered "it will come off in the shower!". I looked at her in disbelief and said "no I need my nails done properly and fingers cleaned". She then said something to the original lady who was helping me, who finally did clean up my hands and buffed my nails appropriately. Only at that point did I sign the receipt. Oh and get this, the lady who harrassed me was the OWNER!!!!!
Never would I have thought this was going to take over an hour, nor that I would be treated in such an unprofessional manner!!!
DO NOT GO HERE!

Eileen very nice lady always do very good job on my nails place is clean and the chairs for the message perfect highly recomand

I hate this place. My mom and I went to get her nails removed and they started to say stuff amongst them in their language. Then one of their staff approached us asking if that's all we wanted. We were limited in time and so we were only able to go get her nails removed. Long story short they didn't want to remove her nails because she wasn't going to get anything done. & they walked us out in a rude manner. Kinda pushed us out of the door. I felt so disrespected and angry. I would not recommend this place. It's the worst! They past few times I've gone they are rude!!!

AWFUL! I used to come here often but the last two times have been just terrible. It takes forever to get a pedicure! The lady did not massage my feet! I upgraded the pedicure to a "luxurious" pedicure which was about two hours of waiting and three minutes of massage. I asked for a flowers on my my big toes and a guy came to do the flower and made it like horrible! I regret coming here and will NOT be back! PS only one girl speaks good English. I forgot her name... she's the best one in there.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! This place needs to be shut down! My last experience with pro top was in October of 2015 obviously it was a bad one because I didn't go back for over a year but I thought "hey it's been a while I'll give them another chance" WRONG MOVE he did horrible!!! First: let me tell you I was SO proud and excited of how long and strong I got my natural nails so when I went in the first thing I told him was not to cut them and that I wanted them long. Second: I was not allowed to move an inch, he wouldn't even let me look down at my phone without death gripping my finger and telling me no. Third: he missed every single nails side edges and there's a huge shiny chunk on my index finger (they're supposed to be matte).... I could go on but now I'm ranting
