I have posted here before to write a review, but I had to write another one to address the stellar service I have received!
I went in with a picture of the gel design I wanted, and I was initially helped by Sonia. She took her time and went very methodically and carefully, buffing and preparing my nails, and applied the base color I wanted. The design required quite a skilled hand, so she had Christina step in and finish. I was very impressed with how focused and careful Christina was with her work, and she kept checking in with me after she did each nail to see if it was to my satisfaction, and I could tell she held herself to a high standard. All-in-all, I left 100% satisfied with my nails, and have gotten many compliments on them all week! Very happy!

I had one nail that broke a little on the side and another nail that completely broke. They fixed my broken nail and now I don't have to cut it. The other nail they were able to cover and extend my nail, they didn't just attach a fake nail on top of it. I never got this done before but it feels extremely realistic and comfortable.
I got gel nails and my mom got a blue French manicure. They both came out great. The pedicure was also good since the chairs massage you while you're getting them done. They also massaged our shoulders while we were getting our nails dried.
We will definitely be going back when we are in the area !

This was my first time going to Nailtopias, and I had a fantastic experience! I had a UV gel manicure done by Christina, and she was incredibly pleasant to talk to, speedy, and got the job done well! She is a very hard worker and great at what she does. I am incredibly satisfied with my manicure and will definitely be back!

Jenny did a beautiful job on my new full set of French UV gels! I loved that I could book online and was accommodated on my lunch hour. Thank you for a terrific experience!
