It's been a couple of years since I went. I was hoping the service would still be great, not so much. My feet were not scrubbed well and my polish is tacky. I'll try Luxury Nails next time. My Mom got her nails done and they were not done well at all. Her nails weren't placed on properly and her polish was tacky too. Do better people.

Today was my first and last time coming to Nail Palace. During my visit I was passed over to 3 techs. The guy that did most of my manicure (if that’s what they want to call it) was very rude and did not do a good job on my nails. I went in for a gel manicure but it was insisted that I get acrylic powder instead. The end job was lumpy and bumpy. The simple design that I asked for my teen daughter could have done a better job. At the end of the session the guy stands up pours oil on my nails and simply says “WASH”!!!!
As far as cleanliness- with the rise in COVID numbers this salon was not clean and was over populated. Sitting there I noticed they did not disinfect between clients. It seems as though they were more of a production line instead of actually caring for the client.
I will take me business elsewhere!

I called ahead to ask how much a SOAK OFF and gel polish would cost, was quoted $30 (loved the price). When it was time for the soak off (that I paid extra for) was suppose to take place, they just used tips to RIP my fake nails off! I could have done this at home for much less pain and damage to my nails! When I told the technician that it hurt she said “ok” and continued to rip off my nails. My nails had grown out pretty long since I last had them done and was excited to finally have natural long nails. Thanks to the nail tech, my nail length went from long, skipped medium, and all my nails became short. Not to mention my “gel polish” is coming off 2 days later! They ignored me most of the time, lack proper training, lack hygiene, and should not have 4 stars. If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

They are under construction right now. Got a quick 30 🤔minute Pedicure. For new raised Prices. Lady working on my nails talked the Entire time to Employee next to her. And No Dryer or lights , due to Construction. My last 3 nails ruined bcuz she put Cotten between toes& had me walk out to pay.
