I came in at 9am to get my hands and feet done. I was placed in the spa chair for my feet to be done, sat there for over 1/2 hour and no one even started on my feet. Rose came in and asked if I wanted my hands done, but I would have to get out of the foot spa that I have already started, feet wet and all... I then asked about her services . The basics of this review is poor customer service I left and went somewhere else to get my service somewhere where it's appreciated

The customer service is horrible. I went to get my nails done on Friday evening. I came in on Monday afternoon to get them fixed due to poor filing and polishing. The man at the front with the glasses greeted me as I walked in asking what I needed done...The moment that I told and showed him my nails,his entire attitude changed. I was not rude or loud with him. He told me that i would have to pay him a polish change fee of $6 if I wanted my nails fixed. I asked him why should i pay that if I'm not trying to change the color but simply get my nails fixed to satisfactory? He then told me my nails were fine,not broken or chipped and Iwas just too picky... (I'm too picky for a service that I paid to have done) SMH. At this point he's loud,customers are looking. I told him I'm not paying for her errors,and it was bad enough that I had to take the time to come back. Then he tells me he's not fixing anything if i don't pay him. I called a friend on the phone because I was in shock and disbelief of the treatment. He thought I called the police so then he winds up fixing them but didn't polish them after telling me to just be quiet and sit down as if I'm his child. I left feeling humiliated and belittled for simply asking nicely for poor service to be rectified. I will NEVER go or refer this place to anyone. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!!

Cheap prices decent service. If the card machine is down they don't bother to tell you beforehand and then make you walk to the bank on the opposite side of the parking lot which is annoying.

My mom came here for a polish fix and John treated her very poorly!!! He yelled at her and told her he didnt have time after she already called and spoke eith him on the phone! I feel like black people get the worst end of the stick and these company's feel like they csn treat us anyway Not so! Take your money where you are appreciated!!! Never going here again

I love getting my pedicure by Sue... she is awesome and I had a problem with one of my nails and she fixed it. I will only get my pedicure by Sue and won't go No Where else.
