I went to"5" drs before I finally was recommended to Dr.Tran. I couldn't be happier! He & his staff have been so professional, so through, & so nice, I could not have asked for better. The surgery center was the same ... so efficient. I was close to "legally blind" & now it's like Christmas every morning when I open my eyes. I could not recommend anyone more highly. Oh, & did I mention he's a Harvard man!! I struck gold when I found him.

My score of 3/5 stars is due to them being unwilling to replace 2 months old broaden frames, obviously made out of cheap inferior plastic I’ve got several pair of glasses many years old that have never broke under normal ware conditions. Dr. Tran I think is quite good and friendly. It’s a shame his employees or a policy of irresponsibility would jeopardize his good name.

Dr Michael Tran is wonderful , he did eye surgery for my husband Hung Nguyen , right eye in April , Left eye in May , both are successful ,
he is so gentle , the staff are so nice , the work run smoothly because all of them , the lab with all new and unique equipment s , if you plan to have cataract surgery , he is the one , young Dr from Harvard , Thanks Dr Tran

They told us Insurance would not cover it and they need the cash up front Not only did the submit the whole Bill to our insurance the insurance paid the complete Bill and they have yet to reimbursed us! The Insurance has sent them the paper work twice showing it was paid in full But nothing has been reimbursed! How many people have they been double dipping on I'm sure Med-care would want to know of this fraud!

I called at 9am, Sat, May 13th to schedule an appointment and the girl that answered the phone said the earliest appointment avail was til the end of June (a month and a half away)! She didn't even bother to show concern of my needs even after telling her my eye site was bothering me. I called back to see the optometrist to get fitted for eyeglasses and a different girl answered the phone and was also reluctant to help. She actually recommended I use google to find another eye doctor. Great team you got there Dr. Tran!
